The Pet Nat by Victor Beau is a 100% Vermentino grape. Coming out of the Languedoc region in France Victor's domaine was set up by his father in the 80's, working biodynamically from the get go. This wine is full of energy, nutty, creamy fully of minerals with great intensity.
The Tokaji 2018 from Attilla Homonna is a Furmint & Harslevelu blend. From vines that are 40-80 years old, all with volcanic soil that Attilla farms organically from the Tokaj region in Hungary. Furmint lends a backbone of acidity whilst the Harslevelu brings a silky texture with floral and honey aromas.
The Campill 2017 from Martin Gojer of Pranzegg. Is a 100% Vernatsch grape coming out of South Tyrolean, northern Italy. Fresh earth, blackberries and dark plum jam on the nose with a polished acidity and a silky fine grained tannin structure. An excellent example of Martin's patience in his cellar work and an amazing wine to be enjoyed this season.
