Mignon 2018
by Domaine Mada
This Sauvignon Blanc spends a short time of 3 days on the skins, beautifully highlighting the delicate yet driven tannins that sauvignon can showcase when left on the skins. Orange peel and saline notes reminding of black olives with earl grey like tannins on the finish. Refreshing and structured, a great wine drunken alongside hard cheeses, crunchy salads or any veggie dishes.
The grapes come from Edouard Adams friends, hence he calls this a Marché Noir wine or in plain and simple English, a Black Market wine.
