It tastes like the lightest of Beaujolais Crus with its smashable raspberry fruit, but still has the undergrowth seriousness of grand cru Burgundy. It's a wine that will stay on your mind long after the bottle has gone.

Domaine Rieffel

Lucas Rieffel is the third-generation winemaker in the family of the estate, located in Mittlebergheim, Alsace. His grandfather Julien (whose birth certificate is the front label of many wines) started to sell his first bottle of Sylvaner in 1946 taking care of a mixed farmed at the time.
