Thorsten Melsheimer, Riesling Trocken 2022 – A steely and refreshing dry Riesling, hailing from the home of Riesling, Mosel. Vines are planted on incredibly steep plots, but still farmed biodynamically. Mineral and zesty, with a pleasant baked-bread quality to round it off.

Enderle & Moll, Weiss & Grau 2021 – A skin-contact blend of Weissburgunder and Grauburgunder from the Baden region, made by producers who were making orange wine long before it was the thing to do. Grapes are planted on sandstone and limestone soils and farmed organically.

Roterfaden, Pinot Noir 2020 – For fans of Burgundian Pinot Noir who want to try something new. An elegant and classic cuvée coming out of Württemberg – vines are planted on blue limestone soils and farmed biodynamically.
