Red but make it sparkling! Fun, light, a Pet Nat that just brings joy. Made from Gindl Rot and Rössler grapes it has a smooth velvety texture with lots of blueberry notes.
Fun Facts: 1. Gindl Rot is an actual variety created by Michaels father. 2. All of his labels are related to either the wild animals roaming the vineyards or his own. Bubbles, not actually named for the sparkling nature but after Bubbles the cow.
