Aris made this wine only once so far and we were able to snatch up a couple of bottles for you to enjoy! A stunning rosé made from Rossese that are planted at 600m altitude off the coast of Liguria, Italy. Overlooking the snowy Alps on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. Picturesque does not begin to describe the scenery of Aris Blancardis vineyards.
An oxidative rich rosé, with notes of stewed plums and strawberry. Layered with hints of liquorice and herbs. This wine is best drunken slightly chilled at 15 degrees and paired with homey Italian dishes or Asian cuisine.
