Grauburgunder 2019
by Rennersistas
Grauburgunder or Pinot Gris, either way, this wine is nothing like any you had before. Macerated on the skins for a short period this wine is not white or orange but rather light red. Due to Pinot Gris' thick red skins, if left to macerate it develops a bright magenta colour.
Bright notes of Cranberry and red currants with a soft tannin structure. The perfect wine to pair with your charcuterie platter or Thai curry.
