A deliciously refreshing and zingy Pet-Nat made from Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt. Like biting into a crunchy green apple on a breezy spring day with notes of freshly cut grass in the air and flowers blossoming. 

Christoph Hoch has a rather unusual soil type in Kremstal, Austria. With its limestone heavy primal rock, it is very similar to the Champagne and creates higher acidity and structured minerality that make ideal sparkling wines.
