Lundi 2018
A Grenache Noir rosé with a light heart. Slightly longer maceration on the skins gives it a beautiful deep magenta colour. The textures are bright and refreshing with big notes of raspberry, almost candy-like strawberries and an almost saline finish. The acidity is what gives it its freshness and makes the fruit stand out without letting it overpower the palate.
All of Valentin Valles wines are named in reference to birds and this wine is no exception, being named after the Puffins living on Lundy Island, an Island just off the English West Coast.
