Müller Thurgau PUR 2018

Fun, light and approachable. Sven and Florian's skin-contact wines are always packed with flavour but never overly challenging or making you feel like you need a degree in orange wine to enjoy them. This vintage of Müller Thurgau was only macerated for up to 2 weeks on the skins with the must added back in after pressing for ageing. Bright zesty citrus notes and the grape typical floral notes with light soft tannins reminding of green tea. Best enjoyed when cold and shaken before opened to mix in the settlement for that extra touch of flavour.
