Not quite ordinary but definitely surprising and fun. Bright red fruits and a foamy sparkling nature. This wine is bringing the natural to natural sparkling wines with hints of funky savoury brett and subtle acidity. Made from Pinot Noir and Welschriesling (no relation to Riesling) grapes this is a blend of a red and a white variety.
